2The pot and the board
Every Sky Suites sale on OpenSea carries a 5% creator fee, paid into the Sky Suites vault. Each day the vault's new money is split between the wallets holding five or more, by points. The board is public, so you can see where everyone stands.
Nothing is ever sent out. Your share waits in the vault and you claim it whenever you like.

Each suite keeps its own streak, counted from the last time it moved (minting counts as a move). Hold it 7 days and it counts 2× toward your share. Hold it 30 days and it counts 3×. Any transfer resets it.

Any transfer resets that suite's streak: a sale, a gift, even a move to your own other wallet. Your other suites keep theirs.
Every suite you hold runs its own streak. The board and Your suites show the days held and the multiplier for each one.
4The burn
Burn a suite: +2 points for your wallet, forever. One fewer suite in the tower. Burned suites still count toward the five you need to share the pot.

Every suite looks out over its city at one time of day, painted right into the art. Day, sunset or night: each suite has one, and keeps it.

Five suites between what you hold and what you have burned, with at least one still held. Five held works, and so do three held plus two burned. The mint is one per wallet, so the rest come from the market.
Each suite you hold counts 1 point under 7 days, 2 points from 7 days and 3 points from 30 days. Each suite you burned adds 2 points, forever.
Any transfer of that suite: a sale, a gift, or a move to your own other wallet. Streaks are per suite, so your other suites keep theirs.
The day closes at 00:00 UTC. After a 30-minute freeze, from 00:30 UTC, that day's share is added to your total. Claim whenever you like; unclaimed shares never expire.
